Are you ready to get flawless?
BEFORE TREATMENT
Do not drink coffee, take aspirin on the day of treatment or drink alcohol the night before as these are known blood thinners.
Avoid sun exposure.
Do not tint eyebrows at least three days before treatment.
Avoid vitamin C serums several days prior.
DURING TREATMENT
A typical appointment takes around 2.5 hours. At the first treatment, you will fill out a client form and we will map your face and design brows which are as symmetrical as possible and complement your facial features. Before tattooing begins, you will approve the design and make any necessary adjustments until you are completely happy. The artist will then make several passes with the machine over your brows to inject pigment. Numbing solution will be used after the first pass to ensure a pain free experience but some areas may be more sensitive than others.
AFTERCARE AND HEALING
You will be given an aftercare pack and instructed to gently wash your brows with cool sterile water one hour or so after your appointment and then leave them alone for 7 days. Do not touch them. Brows may become itchy and flaky as they heal. During the healing, it will seem like the ink and tattoo is fading away completely. This is normal and the pigment colour will return as the skin heals and exfoliates. Do not pick at any scabbing or flaky skin on the eyebrows. This may cause major damage, scarring and/or premature loss of pigment. Within the first 7-10 days, avoid excessive sweating, saunas, hot tubs, swimming, facials and facial massages, steaming, face creams, exfoliants, or harsh chemicals near your brows. Avoid all make-up and foundation, creams and make-up near the treated area.
Your eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle.
Days 1-4: The pigment will appear bolder and darker. You may also notice the skin start to flake.
Days 5-7: Brow colour may begin to fade and skin becomes dry and itchy as it heals.
Days 8-12: Your brows may look as though the pigment has completely faded but rest assured the colour will return as the colour settles into the skin.
Days 14-28: Your brows may still look a little patchy or uneven as the pigment reappears and settles. Therefore, it is important to have a touch-up 6 to 12 weeks after initial treatment to complete the procedure.
4-6 weeks: The skin will be healed and the result from the first treatment will be visible.
TOUCH-UP
A touch-up session after your initial appointment is necessary to complete the two-step treatment and correct any areas that made have faded faster than others. The second appointment is a touch-up (6-12 weeks after the first session).
BEFORE TREATMENT
Keep lips as moist as possible several days before treatment. Do not drink coffee, take aspirin on the day of treatment or drink alcohol the night before as these are known blood thinners.
Avoid sun exposure.

AFTERCARE AND HEALING
You will be given an aftercare pack and instructed to gently wash your lips with cool sterile water one hour or so after your appointment. This may cause premature loss of pigment. Within the first 3 days, avoid excessive sweating, saunas, hot tubs, swimming, facials and facial massages, steaming, exfoliants, or harsh chemicals near or on your lips. Avoid touching the treated area for three days other than to apply ointment and avoid wearing lipstick for 7 days. Do not get wet. BB glow is a multipurpose treatment that can help improve or camouflage a number of skin issues. It combines the techniques of micro/nano needling and permanent makeup: a derma pen device injects serums into the skin which help treat specific conditions and tints the skin for a brightening effect of wearing a lightweight foundation. It can give great immediate effects, but it requires special attention long-term and regular maintenance.
BEFORE TREATMENT
The micro needling BB glow doesn’t require any complicated preparation, but here’s what you should do:
DURING TREATMENT
Basically, the BB glow facial is micro/nanoneedling with an added step of applying the tinted serum. It’s a complex treatment done is several steps:
Step 1 – Cleaning
Since the surface of the skin will be broken, the face needs to be clean of any bacteria, dirt, and makeup and skincare residues.
So the first step is cleaning the face with a gentle cleanser.
Then, a gentle chemical peel is applied. It removes dead skin cells from the surface of the skin and increases the absorption of products used in the following steps.
The gel is usually applied with a brush and there’s no need to massage it in. Most formulas are based on lactic and mandelic acids, but ingredients vary from brand to brand.
The gel is left on for a few minutes, depending on the sensitivity of the skin and its type:
It’s not enough to just wash off the chemical peel gel – it needs to be neutralized so its activity stops. If left on for too long, it could cause damage to the skin.
So a neutralizing solution in the form of a foam that stops its chemical reaction is applied.
Next, it’s time for the first round of micro/nano needling.
This step is the application of serums that treat different skin issues. There’s a wide range of serums that can work together to improve the overall skin state, butalso target specific conditions.
The technician assesses the state of the skin and chooses the best serum to meet your needs.
The serums are applied with a derma pen. This device features micro or nanoneedles which pierce the skin, allowing the serums to penetrate it and get absorbed. The device is moved across the whole face in circular motions.
Finally, it’s time for the application of the tinted serum.
Serums come in several shades. A serum 1 shade lighter is used for the majority of the face, but darker shades can be used to contour the face, and there are even rosy serums that recreate the look of blush. Basically, the semi permanent foundation recreates the look of several complexion makeup products.
AFTERCARE AND HEALING
Here are the rules of BBglow aftercare:
TOUCH UP
The treatment is relatively non-invasive, so there is no actual downtime.
But since the skin is broken, it needs some time to close up the tiny micro-wounds. They’ll close up quickly, within a few days, but during this time, you need to be very careful not to let it get contaminated – follow the aftercare tips.
The skin needs around 14 days to heal completely, including internal healing, so that’s how far apart the sessions need to be spaced out. This also allows the pigments to settle.
After two weeks you can come in for anohter session. Between 3 - 6 sessions are usually required to achieve maximum results.
